On the first floor a lovely drawing room with large double sash windows overlooking the whole estuary.

On the second floor, to the rear a twinbedded room overlooking Appledore's roofs and gardens. To the front a double bedroom with great views of the river estuary again.

<b>A comfortable family home with spectacular views.</b> Well-behaved pets welcome but downstairs only. Not really suitable for children under 3 years old (steep stairs). Regret no smokers.
